The Hotel Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, hotel property, and assets while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. This position leads the hotel security team, oversees daily security operations, responds to incidents, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Key Responsibilities Manage, train, schedule, and supervise security officers and other security personnel. Develop and enforce hotel security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Monitor hotel premises, entrances, parking areas, guest floors, back-of-house areas, and security systems. Respond to and investigate theft, disturbances, accidents, guest complaints, workplace incidents, and other security-related events.…
