About You and The Role As Marketplace Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll own initiatives that improve how Zipline’s marketplace performs and scales. Working closely with the Head of Marketplace, you’ll take business problems from analysis through execution—understanding what’s happening, deciding what to change, and bringing the right teams together to deliver results. This is a founding role for the marketplace team. We’re looking for an analytical generalist with strong business judgment to drive work across teams. You should be equally comfortable diagnosing market performance and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes and deliver results. Your initial focus will include marketplace operations and performance across all Zipline demand sources.…
