We are seeking a Last Mile Territory Manager! Last Mile management experience is required. Job Summary: The job of the Territory Manager is to define, develop and manage operations and customer support programs to support and meet Pilot Last Miles mission and goals for service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for managing multiple locations and managing personnel at different locations. Essential Functions: Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams Provides on-site presence on daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers Develops and maintains relations…
