The Role The Global Benefits Manager is responsible for the strategic design, governance, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of BeyondTrust's global benefits programs. This role partners with the VP, Total Rewards to develop a competitive and sustainable global benefits strategy that supports employee well-being, talent attraction, retention, and business objectives. The position leads a team of benefits professionals, manages external vendor relationships, and ensures the effective delivery of benefit programs across all countries in which BeyondTrust operates.
