About this job

As a Maintenance Manager on Via’s Operations team, you’ll supervise and perform complex technical and administrative work overseeing the maintenance program for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of all transit equipment and property. You'll also be an active member of the maintenance team, working hands on to ensure our vehicles and equipment are operating successfully and efficiently. **This is an in-person position with the expectation that you will be on-site 5 days per week** While standard schedules are provided, this role does require flexibility to work occasional evenings, Saturdays, and extended hours as business needs arise.
