As an Operations Solutions Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial growth and operational execution, partnering daily with Sales, Account Management, Ops, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Product, Tech, and Pricing to scope fulfillment solutions for high-volume, operationally complex enterprise clients. You'll be the one turning a client's ambitious (and often messy) requirements into a warehouse process that actually works — designing pick/pack flows, slotting strategy, and WMS/ERP integrations, then staying in the room through implementation to make sure what was sold gets delivered.…
