Summary Seeking experienced and detail-oriented Estimating Manager to join our team based out of Tampa, Florida. The position will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive construction cost estimates for various projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team of estimators. Regular Job Duties Lead and manage the estimating team, providing guidance and ensuring high performance. Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
