BASIC PURPOSE: The position is responsible to oversee the total asset management of one or more highway Projects/Contracts within the Memphis, TN area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the Management and Operations of Complex Highway Projects/Contracts. Develop and periodically revise a work plan for the maintenance and operations within the projects limits to specifications under the contract. Manage all employees including Asst. Project Managers, Supervisors, technicians, specialty work crews, administrative staff and other staff. Monitor all Project overheads to ensure proper utilization of resources and proper expense management by Asst. Project Managers, Supervisors, and other responsible staff.…
