Role Summary We seek a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Ethics & Compliance Programs Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative compliance processes across our Ethics & Compliance function. This role is pivotal in transforming key compliance controls, with a strong focus on ABAC & Export Compliance, through process optimization, technology enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with E & C subject matter experts to architect comprehensive compliance solutions that leverage ServiceNow and AI capabilities to build a state-of-the-art compliance controls and processes.
