We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to define and lead how maintenance and operational changes are planned, coordinated, and delivered across our infrastructure. You will establish the operating model, decision frameworks, and execution standards that help teams complete changes safely, effectively, and on time while protecting service reliability and customer commitments. You will build practical change-management processes that support reliable execution, customer readiness, and appropriate operational controls.
