The Staff TPM, Vehicle Program leads end-to-end execution of complex vehicle programs from concept through launch. The role integrates hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, safety, service, and external partners to deliver the complete vehicle to timing, cost, quality, performance, and regulatory targets. As a trusted partner to Vehicle Program Leadership and Chief Engineering, the Staff TPM owns the full-vehicle BOM management, program risks and dependencies, partner schedules and technical issue-resolution reviews whilst supporting the Vehicle Program Director in executive review preparation and the Program Lead in the integrated program execution plan.…
