The Distribution Operations Manager is responsible for leading all outbound distribution activities at the Memphis Distribution Center, including order picking, packing, and shipping operations. The successful candidate will lead teams across multiple shifts, optimize operational performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
