EF High School Exchange Year brings international high school students to the U.S. for a semester or academic year, where they live with volunteer host families and become part of a local community. To make those cultural exchange dreams a reality, we first need to find great host families and connect them with the right students. That's where you come in! As a Regional Placement Manager, you will lead a team of local coordinators across your region and help them build the relationships, opportunities and partnerships that lead to great host family matches. You'll coach, motivate and hold your team accountable as they recruit new host families, engage with local schools and communities, and create awareness around the value of cultural exchange.…
