About the role: As a Strategy & Operations (S&O) Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Enova's strategic direction and optimizing business performance. You will actively support new business initiatives (organic and inorganic) by conducting in-depth market studies, building robust business models, and managing acquisitions or business start-ups. You'll partner closely with cross-functional leadership to drive key strategic initiatives, budgeting, and financial planning. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with other teams and offers a strong path to further leadership roles at Enova.
