OVERVIEW ALO is seeking a strategic, hands-on finance leader to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. As the Manager of FP&A, Retail, you will own financial planning and performance management for our fast-growing physical store footprint. This role will serve as the primary finance partner to Store Operations, Real Estate, and Planning leadership, driving store profitability, guiding capital investment decisions for new and existing stores, and leading a team of analysts.
