Sr. Quality Manager

Lead and manage the Quality Department, driving quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. Develop, monitor, and report key quality metrics (KOIs/KPIs), using data analysis to identify issues, track performance, and lead corrective actions. Establish and maintain quality systems, procedures, documentation, and controls to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and suppliers to define quality standards, improve processes, and ensure product and supplier quality. Lead customer quality activities, including audits, corrective actions, 8D problem-solving, customer concerns, and compliance with customer specifications.…
