Job overview: The Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching reports to the VP, Operational Excellence and serves as the business operations dyad partner to the Senior Director of Health Coaching & Practice. The Senior Program Manager leads Health Coaching’s strategy and business planning and data driven continuous-improvement efforts. They translate priorities into actionable operating plans, data-driven decisions, and measurable improvements in coach and member outcomes, operating performance, and cost to serve. The Senior Program Manager proactively partners with stakeholders across Health Coaching, Care Delivery, Clinical, and the broader company to advance business priorities and improve new and existing programs.…
