The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives that optimize Prophet 21 ( P21 ), related store technologies, and supporting business processes across the Trane Supply organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply business teams, Retail Excellence, IT partners, regional stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and coordinate the delivery of system and process improvements that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and margin performance. This position supports both back-office and front-office business systems that impact the Parts and Supply field organization, including point-of-sale processes, pricing-related capabilities, and store technology solutions.…
