Primary Function of Position The Sr M&A Integration Manager reports to the Director, M&A Integrations and partners with Business Development, Finance, and functional teams to lead multiple transactions concurrently across the full deal lifecycle. The role leads cross-functional diligence planning and integration program management from pre-signing through close, Day 1, stabilization, and transition to the long-term business owner. Working with functional diligence leads, this person helps develop the integration strategy and milestones, consolidates integration costs, anticipates dependencies, drives execution, and provides clear recommendations to senior leadership.…
