Your Impact on Our Mission Our Talent Acquisition team finds and hires the people who help Zocdoc give power to the patient. Talent Operations is the engine behind that work - the systems, data, and processes that let recruiters spend their time on people, not on process. We're building this function from the ground up, and this role will be at the center of it. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build our talent operations function from scratch. You've done this before - you know what it takes to go from "recruiters cobbling together workarounds" to an operational backbone: clean tooling, documented process, and metrics leaders actually trust.
