This leadership role is responsible for overseeing welding, hardfacing, heat treatment, and fabrication operations while driving excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. As a Welding & Fabrication Manager, you will lead a team of skilled employees and technical resources to ensure welding-related manufacturing processes meet business objectives, customer requirements, and industry standards.
