Role Summary The Manager, Executive Compensation supports the design, administration, and ongoing management of the Company's executive compensation programs. This role leads complex compensation analyses, market benchmarking, executive compensation planning, proxy statement and disclosure support, and governance-related activities. The Manager is responsible for developing insights and recommendations that inform executive compensation decisions, monitoring market and regulatory developments, and supporting Compensation Committee and senior leadership materials. This position provides an opportunity to influence executive compensation strategy while ensuring programs remain competitive, aligned with business objectives, and reflective of evolving market practices and governance standards.…
