THE ROLE Are you ready to shape the future of financial reporting at a fast-paced, innovative technology leader? As Senior Manager, External Reporting, you will drive Everpure’s public financial reporting integrity and compliance across U.S. GAAP and SEC standards. Partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and external audit, you will champion reporting excellence, elevate technical accounting analysis, and modernise processes with AI and automation tools. Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statement support, XBRL tagging, and other required disclosures Oversee the tie-out of financial statements, footnotes, and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), including statement of cash flows, statement of…
