The Senior Oncology Training Manager will be responsible for helping develop and deliver Oncology Training for the oncology nurse educator team, reporting to the Associate Director of Training. Maintaining subject matter expertise for disease states, products and therapeutic areas Developing and executing training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance Designing and enhancing current curriculum to meet needs of the Commercial organization Coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory to ensure accuracy of medical content and compliance with promotional policies for training materials Managing vendors when developing training content and executing contract requirements Performing project management function during the development of training content Leading…
