In this hybrid role you will report to the Manager of People and Talent Acquisition Operations and be based out of Mountain View, CA. You will: Define, design, and execute strategic TA Operations roadmaps that streamline end to end recruitment workflows, scale operations, and enhance candidate experience. Serve as the strategic partner and system administrator for TA technology platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Gem, ServiceNow), leveraging automation and AI solutions to scare service delivery. Drive continuous improvement of our TA technology stack by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact in partnership across TA.
