The Manager of Assessments is responsible for leading the strategic implementation and operational excellence of local, state, and national assessment programs across KIPP Texas. This role manages the lifecycle of assessment data—from the creation of distribution systems to the analysis of results—to ensure high-quality, reliable student achievement data for all schools. The Manager leads a team of coordinators to ensure that every campus is compliant with state and national testing requirements while fostering a data-driven culture that supports students on their path to and through college. GOALS: 95% of students participate in required assessments within the testing window. 100% Compliance with all state and national assessment administration protocols.…
