Custodian Manager

About this job

Responsible for the management of the custodial services operations. Ensures that designated areas are kept in a neat, clean, safe, and orderly condition. Manage all aspects of the department to ensure that business, departmental, and budget goals are met. • Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, counseling, and discharging staff. • Establish department guidelines, rules and regulations and training programs. • Coordinate scheduling and assign employees in alignment with business needs. • Handle customer complaints and concerns. • Prepare and distribute assignments. • Inspect and approve cleaning of all assigned areas; review status of assignments and follow-up as needed.…
