Purpose The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Strategic Execution and Initiatives Manager helps OEC leadership understand and effectuate global OEC strategy by connecting Compliance Program Effectiveness elements, risk-based priorities, and cross-functional activity into a coherent, actionable point of view. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to OEC leadership – centered on substantive strategic and program judgment – this role stays closely connected to OEC's priorities, decisions, and emerging risks in order to identify, shape, and drive strategic projects per year that advance the OEC program.
