Technical Program Manager - System Behavior Analysis

In this role, you will: Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them. Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks early and give leadership decision-ready updates. Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the dedicated tools and automation team, help sequence what gets automated, and track delivery, adoption and the capacity it frees. Manage intake and escalation. Maintain the intake paths, escalation criteria and shared boards partner teams rely on.…
