This role drives cross-functional execution from concept through mass production, ensuring packaging solutions meet product, brand, cost, quality, sustainability, regulatory, and supply chain requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, strong packaging development experience, and the ability to align highly cross-functional teams around clear plans, decisions, risks, and milestones.
