The EVERSANA/ Millicent Pharma District Manager is the first line leader responsible for leading the Specialty Pharmaceutical Representatives in the region. The District Manager reports to the VP of Sales. This key/critical field-based leadership role is responsible for hiring, directing, and managing the team - providing leadership to meet and exceed sales goals, establish positive regional culture, and coach/develop/inspire/motivate team members to reach their potential.
