TRM's Finance team keeps revenue and billing accurate, automated, and audit-ready as the company scales. As our Revenue and Billing Operations Manager, you will own the billing function and be a key contributor to revenue accounting, building scalable processes, replacing manual work with automation, and ensuring our records and controls are always audit-ready. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the function from a lean base—deciding what to automate, building the right controls, and creating processes that can scale with TRM. The Impact You Will Have: - Automate manual billing work, reconciliations, invoice generation, exception flagging, and data validation, building AI-assisted workflows and owning the review and controls that ensure accuracy and audit readiness.…
