About this role The Discovery pillar's core mission is to make it easy and delightful for retailers to find brands and products their customers will love. This role will own product development of our algorithms powering search, the largest discovery surface — with a specific focus on search ranking. We're looking for an experienced Search PM, ideally with ranking experience, who can turn product insight into a durable roadmap and make sharp prioritization calls between near-term wins and longer-term investments. You'll work closely with a world-class data science team, and you'll need enough technical fluency to engage credibly with their work even as they drive the technical execution.…
