Upstart’s Auto Title Administration team supports the Auto business by helping ensure liens and titles are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational and compliance requirements. The team plays an important role in protecting Upstart’s collateral position while delivering the quality and turnaround times needed to support a growing Auto business. As the Operations Manager you will lead a team of Title Administration Specialists responsible for lien perfection and title management. You’ll own team performance and operational execution while identifying opportunities to improve processes, quality, and scalability as the business grows.…
