About this job

Purpose Lead the planning, coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement of facility and equipment programs. Provides a word-class facility for employees and guests. Develops maintenance strategies and schedules, administers the CMMS, coordinates equipment installations and contracted services, monitors performance and budgets, and maintains records that support safe, reliable, and compliant operations. Ensures facility programs align with OSHA, State, Local, ISO 14001, ISO45001, AS9100D, and IATF 16949 requirements. The Facility Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Facilities and leads the planning, administration, and documentation of facility and equipment programs.…
