Drive Systemic Improvements: Identify and drive continuous improvement projects to address systemic issues and prevent the recurrence of problems. Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement events on the plant floor, empowering your team to identify and eliminate waste to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. Plan & Execute Work: Lead the creation, coordination, and execution of work plans for scheduled downtime and shutdowns. Evaluate the effectiveness of these plans to drive future improvements. Manage Change: Plan and implement process revisions and improvements to meet new standards as our manufacturing systems evolve. Optimize Maintenance: Plan and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to improve equipment reliability and overall area performance.…
