This position serves as a key liaison between Treasury, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to support strategic payment initiatives, operational excellence, and financial systems delivery. The role is responsible for leading payment operations, managing production escalations, driving payment transformation initiatives, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology solutions. The position provides management across payment programs and operational processes managed by the Payment Strategy Office, including initiatives related to digital payments, claims payment modernization, ACH adoption, customer onboarding, payment platform enhancements, and other enterprise payment solutions.…
