The Manager, Compensation & Equity will lead the day-to-day administration, evolution, and success of CLEAR’s broad-based compensation and equity programs. This highly essential role will partner across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and scalable programs that support CLEAR’s exciting growth both now and in the future. What you'll do: Lead compensation processes across offers, promotions, job changes, market pricing, and pay recommendations in alignment with CLEAR’s compensation philosophy Effectively translate CLEAR’s compensation philosophy to employees, managers, and leaders, providing clarity and context around compensation programs and pay decisions Own equity administration in partnership with Fidelity, Finance, Legal, and…
