The Role As we grow Square's presence across the US Retail Channel, we're looking for a Retail Partner Manager to drive awareness and acquisition of Square at major US retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and other large format retailers. You'll own quarterly sales and revenue goals for Square Hardware in the channel – optimizing our existing retail partnerships and unlocking new growth within them, from partner mix, placement, and promotional strategy to entirely new ways of partnering. This is a high-ownership role that requires an entrepreneurial operator: someone who navigates ambiguity and setbacks with resourcefulness, engages the right internal partners – across Supply & Demand, Growth Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Finance.…
