The base salary range for this position is $90k - $100k. Join our team as Project Manager and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for managing projects and annual capital expenditure (CapEx) of the resort. Develop and manage annual capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets aligned with ownership and business goals. Does the timely ordering and purchasing of all project related items, equipment, furniture, supplies, and services. Essential to the process would be the negotiation of the best price for value. Obtains two to three bids or quotations as applicable to facilitate this process. Processes purchase requisitions on a timely basis. Follow-ups on orders to ensure specifications are met.…
