The Portfolio Manager, Real Estate will report to the Director of Real Estate and will partner with internal / external stakeholders to manage, negotiate, and coordinate complex global commercial real estate transactions, including but not limited to new leases, lease renewals, subleases, expansions, terminations, acquisitions and dispositions. Responsibilities Accountability for the successful delivery of real estate projects in the Americas Region or as otherwise assigned. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Global Facility Planning and Engineering, Business Units, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Tax, Government Affairs to ensure alignment of real estate and planning initiatives.…
