We are looking for a Manager, Laser NPI, to own design, manufacture, integration, validation, and qualification of lasers and amplifiers across business verticals What you'll do: Own roadmap, execution, validation, and delivery for cutting edge laser and amplifier products across business verticals Lead a team of engineers to transition lasers and amplifiers from development to production Develop engineering requirement documents for a variety of product lines to ensure devices meet required performance, yield, and cost metrics Lead integration of IIIV devices into product by working across teams to develop packaging and integration based on BKM Lead design for performance to specs, manufacturing, reliability, test – DFx methodologies Own the detailed characterization of IIIV devices to…
