About this job

In this role, you will: Own and drive the roadmap for the Operations enterprise systems portfolio, including SAP EAM/PM, SAP FSM, Beeline, UKG, LMS, NICE WFM, and related platforms and integrations. Design and implement scalable, end-to-end business processes across Asset Management, Maintenance, Field Service, Workforce Management, and Operations. Lead the evolution of SAP EAM/PM capabilities, including asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, work orders, maintenance planning, and operational execution. Drive the optimization and adoption of SAP FSM to support field operations, technician workflows, scheduling, and service execution.…
