About the Team Rubrik's Renewal Strategy & Operations team protects one of the most valuable, fastest-compounding assets in enterprise software: $1.57 billion in subscription ARR, growing 32% year-over-year. Every one of those dollars sitsinside a renewal contract - which means protecting and compounding that ARR is one of the highest-leverage jobs in the company. Renewal Strategy & Operations is the team that builds the operating system for that asset. We sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, systems, and execution, and we are genuinely in a 0-to-1 build phase - the forecasting models, governance frameworks, quoting infrastructure, and playbooks that will run this business at 2x today's scale don't fully exist yet.
