INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise senior executives on communications gaps and opportunities; turn them into plans that keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged Lead change communications for company-wide and cross-division initiatives so employees understand what is changing, why, and what it means for their work Build a connected, unified culture across divisions, locations, and newly joined teams Develop and lead internal leadership speaking programs (live, filmed, and other formats) Set communications strategy and standards so teams use the right tools and channels to reach their audience Own and scale the company intranet for diverse organizations; establish style guides, templates, and practices that raise quality Manage internal communications in crises…
