Role Specifics As the Technical Publications Operations Manager, your mission is to own how Technical Publications work is received, prioritized, staffed, and tracked across programs. You will run Jira intake, resource allocation, throughput tracking, and cross-program priority resolution for the department. You will work daily with the Head of Technical Publications, Senior Technical Publications Managers, and program-level Technical Publications Managers to translate incoming demand into sequencing and staffing decisions.…
