The Production Program Manager will play a critical role in new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement projects for advanced defense technologies. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with manufacturing partners. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, managing production readiness, and ensuring successful execution of production programs. WHAT YOU'LL DO: New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead production design readiness for NPI programs, ensuring successful product launches that meet production scaling, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
