Position: Claremont Fiber Equipment Reliability Manager Reports To: Claremont Facilities and Reliability Manager Summary of Position The Equipment Reliability Manager is responsible for proactive identification, management, and improvement of equipment/asset lifecycles through the use of data-driven analysis of machine operation and associated failure modes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the activities of Process Control Technicians to drive equipment reliability and process improvements. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and discharging personnel in accordance with company policies. Responsible for professionally developing subordinates.
