The System Technical Expert Lead serves as the enterprise technical authority for Emerson’s centralized Transportation Management System (TMS), supporting the global logistics network and Business Units. This role combines hands-on system ownership, configuration, troubleshooting, and analytics to improve the speed, reliability, visibility, and cost-effectiveness of global freight movement. Working with IT, Strategic Sourcing, Business Units, and Global Logistics Operations, you will translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities and lead through influence without formal direct reports.
