As the Lifecycle Services Manager you'll be based in our Houston, TX office, leading the Southwest Regional Services team and activities, including customer service and system upgrades. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead the engineering and administrative staff and provide local customers with field services, system startup coverage, system upgrades, small project implementation, project management, and resolutions to generate business volume growth and customer satisfaction.
